ATTENTION: Chairman of the Board and WCB President,
At the Annual General meeting in June 2014 I raised the concern that 8% of decisions were incorrect according to WCB statistics. Although Guy indicated in his world 92% was a good record of correct decisions I disagree. I am concerned also of the decison that are ignored and not made on claims.
I was informed that the following information would be sent to me and I have NOT received the information as of yet.
8% of wrongful decision making:
I only have a handful of injured workers and I am very concerned about the possible excessive amount of wrong decisions made at the WCB on a daily basis in my opinion, and unfortunately, most workers are not represented by my organization.

8% of wrongful decision making:
- Who performed the Audits?
- Demographics of the people?
- Questions asked?
- How many claims were audited?
- How many claims are the 8%?
- What was don’t to rectify the wrong decisions?
