Re: Changes to the Fair Practices Office (FPO)
Bill 47 was introduced to the Legislature on November 5, 2020 and has since passed. This new legislation will impact how current services are delivered. Effective April 1, 2021, the FPO will be closed and any remaining fairness reviews with the FRB will be terminated.
