Transparency of WCB

Transparency of WCB is a right to stakeholders. The only forum for WCB to be questioned by stakeholders is the annual general meeting. Why was there no workers, representatives, unions etc. other than a hand full?
The annual general meeting today (AGM) was a place and forum for workers to be heard. There was a lack of participation by the public. Why?
Has the public given up or is WCB actually meeting the needs of workers?
The WCB public forum is not advertised in a timely fashion. The unions and representatives of workers lacked participation for a reason possibly. Why?
I am feeling like the " lone ranger." Next year the public meeting will be some time in June 2015 in Calgary. I rally for support from the workers, unions, representatives, labour federation, MLA'S .
