WORKERS COMPENSATION EXPERT 2023 PUBLIC SPEAKING EVENTS
Following my long career within the Compensation system, in 2007 I left and have had a successful business as a
independent advocacy for injured workers and also have been lobbying for Government changes.
As the Workers Compensation Expert, I have used my skills and knowledge to give advise and advocated/represent for
individuals dealing with the Compensation systems to resolve issues, obtain benefits and services for injured workers.
I have attended several public speaking events to share my knowledge and experiences to varies groups
including political, medical, employer and worker associations and my own conferences for injured workers.
As the Compensation Boards have challenges it is like a Restart Plan is required.
New generation claims include stress, psychological injuries, Covid 19 and environmental claims such as Covid have overwhelmed the system.
Throughout this process, the health and safety of workers must remain the top priority.
Being able to provide audience members insight and practical tips to into practice has bee rewarding.
